Shipping Terms

Delivery Time

For deliveries to our customers in Germany and Austria, a flat shipping fee of €3.90 applies. The goods are shipped from Finland via DHL Global Mail (delivery within Germany by Deutsche Post). The delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days after receipt of the order. The delivery time to Austria is 5-6 working days. We process and ship orders during our general business hours from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Please note that processing may be delayed by up to 48 hours during busy periods such as sales, Christmas, New Year's Eve, or special promotions. We work closely with our shipping partner to avoid delays. We reserve the right to have a clearance sale of our warehouse, which may extend the delivery time.
If the shipment of the goods is delayed or the goods are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavor to notify the customer as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding the order or shipping, please contact our customer service.   

Order and Order Confirmation

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation of the purchase to the email address you provided. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service immediately by phone or email. When contacting our customer service, please have your order number ready so that we can help you faster and more effectively. If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service to check if a change is still possible. It is no longer possible to change the order after the goods have been shipped.

Shipping and Shipping Costs

The prices quoted are net prices. For shipping to Germany and Austria, we charge shipping costs of €3.90. Additional costs may occur if you choose an alternative shipping or delivery option.

Uncollected Items

The goods you ordered will be delivered by DHL Global Mail (delivery via Deutsche Post in Germany) to the delivery address you provided. If these items are not collected in accordance with DHL's General Terms and Conditions, the order will be returned to us. The customer may incur additional costs due to a return shipment and is obliged to pay these in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Update to our Return Policy

We would like to inform you that moderate return shipping costs were introduced on February 26, 2024. This step serves to promote sustainable shopping and enable environmentally conscious returns.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any signs of use (no make-up stains, odors, or similar). In addition, the items should be returned in the original packaging with the corresponding hang tags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn items.
You can create your return label on the following page: https://freddywear.de/ruckensendportal. If you use this label for the return, costs of €8.90 will be incurred. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
To return a shipment, please proceed as follows:

Place the products you want to return in a package. Please attach your return label clearly visible to the package.
Hand in the securely closed package at your nearest post office branch.
Please note the date and location where you dropped off the package.
Once you have dropped off your package, you don't need to worry anymore - we'll take care of the rest. We will keep you informed when your return arrives and is processed in our logistics center.
Please note that it is not possible to adjust the invoice before the return processing is completed! So please remember to extend or pause your invoice with Klarna customer service if necessary to avoid Klarna late payment fees.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange items, the above conditions also apply. If you would like us to carry out an exchange, please first contact customer service so that we can note, check, and then fulfill your request. The easiest and safest way to receive a new item is to order it yourself and return the unsuitable item to us. As the exchange process may be delayed in some cases, it is possible that the desired item is no longer available at the time of processing the return. With a new order, you can be sure that you will receive the desired item promptly and in any case.
The customer can exchange the goods for an item of lower or the same value. In this case, the difference will be credited to your account/card by Klarna within 30 days of receipt of the return. When selecting the new goods, please note the availability of the desired model and size. If the goods requested as a replacement are not available, please contact our customer service to select an alternative replacement or arrange a refund of the amount paid. Please understand that we cannot exchange items ordered at a sale price for a different model, but only for a different size.
You have the right to return the purchased items to us at our expense within 30 days of shipment. The exchange process takes 1-3 weeks until it is completed and your requested goods are sent to you.

Right of Return and Exchange

You have 30 days to try on the purchased item.
The purchased goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging and complete with all their components (including the packaging, any documents, and other accessories). If this is not the case, we cannot accept the return.
The risk of shipping lies entirely with the customer until acceptance in our warehouse. Freddywear.de is in no case liable for damage or theft/loss of the returned goods if they are not insured.
The amount of the returned goods will be transferred by Klarna to the account / card from which the goods were paid for.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service. The exchange process takes approximately 1-3 weeks. You will be informed as soon as the process is fully completed.
Complaint

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, please contact our customer service and wait for a response. Only after confirmation of the complaint by our customer service is a return possible, if necessary at all. Please fill out the return form received from customer service and enclose it with the return shipment.
Your request will be processed within 1-3 weeks, and you will be informed as soon as the process is complete. If you have not received a response after this time, please contact our customer service again.

Terms and Conditions

The above General Terms and Conditions constitute copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties - even in part - for commercial purposes of offering goods and/or services - is not permitted. Violations will be prosecuted.   

Minors

Ordering items in our online store is prohibited for those under 18 years of age. An order from a minor is only possible through a legal guardian.

Incorrect Prices

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to errors in our online store. This applies, for example, to printing errors, technical errors, or spelling mistakes.

Conditions

Freddywear reserves the right to make changes to orders due to typographical errors, errors in pricing, and price changes. Offers are only valid while stocks last.
